How to send a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject “Copyright Notice” and include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of an authorized representative.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is affected.
3. The exact URL or other precise location of the material on Arrow Game.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.
6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Review and response

We may contact you for clarification, restrict access to a reported item, or forward relevant details to a responsible provider. A response time depends on the completeness of the notice and whether the material is hosted by Arrow Game or an independent game partner. Embedded third-party content may need to be reviewed by that provider.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed or restricted by mistake, reply to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a good-faith statement of mistake or misidentification, and contact details together with the legal consent and service-of-process statements required by applicable law.

Repeat infringement

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Arrow Game may restrict access for users or sources that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
